Complete a support ticket.
Click on the "Raise Support Ticket" link above.

Tell our support Staff the problem with your PC
Complete all the fields in the support ticket and provide a complete description of the problem identified on your PC.

After you submit your submit ticket.
Once your ticket has been submitted you will receive a ticket number via email that enables you to track your support requests progress.

A UK Webit technician will contact you and guide you through your support request and if applicable remotely access your PC to resolve your problem.

Once your problem is resolved what happens then?
Your support ticket is then closed.
