UKWebit clients


Non UKWebit customers may also use this service but a support charge may be chargable. Any such charges will be advised before support commences.

How does Client support work?

  • Complete a support ticket.
    Click on the "Raise Support Ticket" link above.
  • Tell our support Staff the problem with your PC
    Complete all the fields in the support ticket and provide a complete description of the problem identified on your PC.
  • After you submit your submit ticket.
    Once your ticket has been submitted you will receive a ticket number via email that enables you to track your support requests progress.
  • How do I get Remote assistance?
    Call 07833254868 to request a unique 6 digit code to be entered below.
  • UK Webit Support technician
    A UK Webit technician will contact you and guide you through your support request and if applicable remotely access your PC to resolve your problem.
  • Once your problem is resolved what happens then?
    Your support ticket is then closed.
